Questions
When do I pay?
The fee is one month's rent from the signed lease, due when the lease is signed. We agree on it in writing before we list. If no lease is signed, you pay nothing.
Who chooses the tenant?
You do. We screen every applicant with the same written criteria, as fair housing law requires, and give you our recommendation.
Do you manage the property after move-in?
No. We place the tenant and hand you the signed lease and keys. Rent collection and repairs stay with you or your property manager.
Is my unit under SF rent control?
It depends on the building's age and type. Bring it up on the first call. For a definite answer, check with the SF Rent Board or a landlord-tenant attorney.
